The oleoma was excised, and extensive defect arose on the dorsum of the hand took place. The soft tissue defect over the extensor tendons was closed with a full-thickness radial flap.
The skin defect on the forearm was partially closed with Z-plasty, and partially with a split skin graft. The split flap and the vascularized flap are completely engrafted. Flexion and extension of the fingers are fully restored.
