Oleoma of the hand

This is done to relieve pain in the hand when punching. Over the years, the benefits of the introduction of petrolatum have become less apparent, and the inconvenience has come to the fore.

The oleoma was excised, and extensive defect arose on the dorsum of the hand took place. The soft tissue defect over the extensor tendons was closed with a full-thickness radial flap.
The skin defect on the forearm was partially closed with Z-plasty, and partially with a split skin graft. The split flap and the vascularized flap are completely engrafted. Flexion and extension of the fingers are fully restored.
