Revision of failed prosthetic ACL reconstruction (one-stage revision ACL reconstruction)

A few months after the operation anterior instability of the right knee joint and rupture of the ACL prosthesis were diagnosed. It was decided to perform one-stage procedure - removal of fragments of the ACL prosthesis and revision ACL reconstruction, because the initially formed tunnels are outside the area of anatomical fixation of the ACL.
