NsN for Vertical share

A young female patient, being a passenger in a car accident, had got C-type fracture of the pelvis with vertical share. The hemipelvis was urgently relocated and fixed with an ex-fix and an ileosacral screw. After resuscitation, the apparatus was removed and final stabilization was performed with an NsN nail and a second ileosacral screw in the S2 vertebra.
