ACL reconstruction and mosaic chondroplasty

A 32-year-old female patient several years ago suffered a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the right knee joint as a result of a fall and she was treated conservatively. 5 days before the presented operation, the patient received a repeated injury of the right knee joint, as a result of which a cartilage defect formed in the medial femoral condyle.
