Defect PAPROSKY III A

Injury occurred in February 2016 as a result of an accident.
In March 2016, osteosynthesis of both columns of the acetabulum was carried out.
Since 2018, the patient has been noting a progressive limitation in range of movements in the hip joint and pain, CT examination revealed necrosis of the femoral head and the posterior wall of the acetabulum with Poprosky III A acetabular defect formation.
In May 2018, arthroplasty was performed using personalized support ring created with additive technologies.
